My PT Approach
As a lifelong competitive swimmer, I promote a functional approach to personal training, emphasising strength and conditioning in the pursuit of improved athletic performance as well as health and physique.
Although I am relatively newly qualified, having received my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training certifications in April 2024, I’ve been weight training regularly for over 20 years. This includes working with friends and family members to help them in their own fitness journey. I’ve been learning for many years including through online resources, particularly on YouTube where some of my favourite channels are shown at the bottom of this page.
I aim to work with athletes and fitness enthusiasts at the intermediate-experienced level. If you’re new to fitness, I am happy to guide you to resources and local services where you can begin your journey to better health and fitness.
If you have a grasp of the basics but want guidance and motivation to move towards your athletic goals, you can get in touch with me by email at [email protected] and arrange an informal discussion to learn more about how I can assist you.
